Light

Both daylight and artificial lighting are important design tools. Many of our buildings feature highly three-dimensional interiors in which different levels of lighting create distinct niches within the enveloping spaces. The contrasts of light and dark, or of direct and indirect lighting, help to enhance the spatial experience of a building.
