IJBURG BLOCK 128

The 71 rent-controlled homes on the Steigereiland in Amsterdam have been completed. Commissioned by Rochdale Projectontwikkeling for Stadgenoot, this block was designed by DP6 in a highly interactive process with the future occupants. The homes are oriented on sunlight and view and are offered in a variety of types distilled from the choices and request. The façades are an arrangement of white tiling and light green glass balconies; shaping a light and modern beacon on Steigereiland.
