MAALWATER

The Maalwater district is situated in an attractive green location in the town of Heiloo. The abundant planting in the neighbourhood creates a secluded atmosphere and is one of the outstanding features of the area to be developed. In the urban layout the existing planting will be retained as much as possible by introducing a central axis that provides access to the neighbourhood. The 5 starter villas have been positioned so as to support and reinforce the urban space. The design and choice of materials ensure that the houses blend in well with their public surroundings and the existing buildings. The 5 residential block comprise a mixed programme of both large and small apartments.
Access to the 50 m² apartments is from the central hallway, which makes for a good and efficient floor plan. It allows full use to be made of the facade for daylight access and viewing. The roomy apartments are situated on the ground floor and on the penthouse floor and feature attractive outside areas.
