Courthouse Building H shortlisted for Dezeen Awards 2026

We are very happy to share that Courthouse Building H has been shortlisted for the Dezeen Awards 2026, in the category Workplace interior (large)!

The former secondary school building in the centre of Utrecht has been transformed by i29 and DP6 and their design team into the new training institute for the Dutch Judiciary and the Public Prosecution Service (SSR). The stately building has been carefully restored and made more sustainable, allowing its original qualities to shine once again. A new time-layer has also been added to Courthouse Building H, connecting with the existing architecture while aligning with the identity and ambitions of the training institute.

Dezeen Awards 2026

The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at the Royal Opera House in London on 16 November.
